Bingo Games
There will be a total of 12 bingo games, and will begin every 15 minutes throughout the event. The 4th game will be a special “picture frame” game, the 8th game will be a special “x” game and the 12th game will be our Grand prize special “black out” game for the 40” Flat Screen TV (Adult) and iPod Shuffle (Kid)! There will be one adult and one child (under 16) winner for each of the 12 games.

Spin & Win
Spin the wheel & win a prize! Each child who attends the event will get 1 free Spin & Win ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets at the event. Everyone is a winner! We will continue to run this wheel of fun until the prizes are all gone!

50/50 Raffle
Each ticket for the 50/50 Raffle will cost $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets. The winner will be drawn from all of the 50/50 raffle tickets at 6:45pm, before the final grand prize Bingo game. The winner will receive half of the money collected for this raffle and the other half of the proceeds will go to benefit Shaare Torah. You must be present at the time of the drawing to win this prize, if no one is there to claim the prize then another winner will be chosen.
General Raffle
Every 15 minutes throughout the entire afternoon there will be a general raffle. Each general raffle ticket will cost $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets. You must be present at the time of the drawing to win the prize, if no one is there to claim the prize then another winner will be chosen.

Food will be prepared on site by a la Vega Catering and be available for purchase at the event. All food will be kosher and available for purchase ahead of time or on site. These items can be purchase as part of the value packs or individually.

Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will be open from 3:00pm – 5:00pm. At 5:oopm the winners will be announced and asked to come to the checkout to claim and pay for their prizes. Prizes will not be released until paid for. You do not need to be present to claim and pay for prizes but you will need to make arrangements with Troy Smith to make the exchange if you are not present at the event.
